Hi Crystal,

I just wanted to thank you once again for helping me find my grandmother a kitten.

The kitten's name is Lotus, and she is doing great!

Also, I haven't seen my grandmother smile this much in months!!!

Thanks Again! Kate

Dear Mommy, Daddy, Grandma and Grandpa,
Merry Christmas!!! I have enclosed some pictures (that were taken lately) for you. One I am on the fish tank where it's warm and the other I am sleeping with the two older kitties Rajah and Cricket. I really don't like to have my picture taken... I will chatter at the camera and walk away, but they still take pictures of me. I am 10 months old now.
I still like to suck on PennySue's nightgown for a minute or three before I crawl under her covers and lay tight against her legs at night... She loves that.
I like to pounce on the older kitties when they least expect it, oh they hiss at me but I know they really like it because they will play with me sooner or later.
I am in charge of many things here. I get right in there to supervise and help if necessary. I jump right in there and help... if they are on a ladder I will climb up there too. I help make the beds by chasing out those air pockets and wrinkles, I'll remain under the blankets for a minute or so after the bed is made to be sure those wrinkles don't come back. When they scoop the litter box I am right in there to show where they may have missed a clump.
I help wrap presents and fold laundry... it's a good thing I do too, because it takes them a long time to do it. Oh, they like when I unroll the toilet paper roll putting strategic holes in it with my teeth and claws because they roll it back up so I can do it again. It appears there is more toilet paper that way too. I chase the curser on the computer monitor, type my own emails and help to keep the monitor warm.
I ALWAYS use my scratching posts... NEVER the furniture. I'm careful not to scratch when I play.
When PennySue is sitting at the table doing a project or ceramics I like to jump from the floor onto her shoulders with a perfect 4-point/paw landing without using my claws.
I am a perfectionist... when I try a new jump I will practice 5 times right there on the spot if need be until I get it perfect.
They say I am so precious, sweet, beautiful, cute, smart, sassy and I look like you Mommy!
PennySue thinks I will climb the Christmas tree this year... what's a Christmas tree?
When I try to bite on the Christmas lights in the windows they tell me "NO". Of course I didn't know what that meant so I kept biting... seemed like a good idea. After I'm sure they really mean no...5-7 "NO's" repeatedly after each attempt to bite with in a minute's span I will never bite them again...besides there are other lights in other windows I could bite on those instead...They didn't say I can't bite those!
I have lots of toys to play with too.

Merry Christmas,
-Tabitha

Hi Crystal,
The kitten is doing great!
I think he has adjusted to the home and the kids.
He races around the house like a maniac and love to play and play and play.
At night he makes sure he checks up on everyone and sleeps with everyone at some time through the night.
The boys and me are enjoying him very much.
Blue is a light in our home.

Thank you and you Grandma for such a beautiful kitten.

Hi there, just wanted to send you a couple of photos for your gallery. We absolutely love our kitten; we named her Cali, short for California, where my daughter wants to live!

She is the sweetest kitty that I have ever known! And I've had many cats over the past 40 years. . .she gives kisses, nuzzles, purrs every time you pick her up! She's funny and entertaining and so very good. She loves us as much as we do her.

I have referred several people to you, and perhaps in time all of my friends will have her extended family. Thank again for living your dream, as you are helping so many people.

Warmest regards,

Vicki and Caitlyn Spina

Crystal,

I thought I would send you a note to let you know how he is doing. He did wonderfully on the drive home. You're right; he really likes being in the car. The first night he slept all night, to my knowledge. I did not hear any crying or anything in the middle of the night, anyway. He has done great with the litter box, eating, and using the scratching post. I stuck the blanket that you gave us in our cat bed for him to sleep with. This probably helped him sleep well.

He is so cuddly and playful. We got him a new catnip toy and a new toy that is a long piece of polar fleece that has feathers on the end. We either drag it on the floor and he runs after it, or we move it around on the floor and he plays and jumps after it. He really wants to take off with the feathers and run but I won't let him take it and hide with it. We tried to put it away once, and he was too smart; he knew where we had put it. So we got it out again and played some more with it. We put it up very high so he doesn't accidentally get into it without us around and pull all of the feathers off of it.

We went to the vet this morning to be checked. He did great. The vet said that he looked great. I thought he was in great condition, but the vet verified it for me.

I think he is feeling a little more comfortable now. If our other cat comes around, he just looks at her and watches her. She had been really good with him. She just looks at him. They got within inches of each other last night and were fine. She might hiss at him, but that is it. I think that she is just a little mad because of the new kitten in the house. She likes to pout if she does not like something. She gets over it eventually, though.

If he gets scared or wants some attention he comes running to one of us and cuddles in our lap or meows at us. He knows already what to do. It is amazing how smart he is.

He has a new trick already. If he goes into a room or somewhere he can't see one of us, he meows to see if someone is around. We either say come here to him or go and look for him to make sure he is okay. Usually he comes running when we say come here. I think he is training us. I love his squawky voice. I can usually tell where he is by the voice.

Thank you so much for all of your help. We are so lucky to have found such a great kitten.

Crystal,

Obi-wan just came back from his first visit to the vet. He passed with flying colors and "not a hair out of place." He did, however, let everyone in the building know 1) why Siamese have the reputation for a voice and 2) that Obi-wan was NOT happy. I think the visit kinda wore him out though. When we got home he did about half an hour of lap sitting complete with purring and kneeding and then curled up for a siesta. He needs his nap, he might be going to visit Cinda's parents for dinner tonight, and mine parents are also requesting a visit. Mom wants to see her newest grandkit.

Thank you ever so much, you raise wonderful cats.
Dan

Crystal,

Our little addition or angel as we fondly call her is adjusting very well. She is so very very sweet and purrs as soon as she sees one of us. She is sleeping with Jessica right now and we call her Nefertari and would you believe the little angel knows her name already!!!! Ramses is sleeping with Amanda and how affectionate he is. He is also truly a blessing but you and I know as much as I absolutely adore them all, Osiris is my special baby. Every time I look into his face I have to catch my breath. I must also admit that Isis is one of the most beautiful seals I have ever seen aside from your majestic Charlie Must go for now, talk to you soon.

Love and prayers,

Melissa
